I am a highly incisive executive coach and trainer, having brought together many years of corporate, public and third sector experience with my expertise as a skilled facilitator.
I am passionate, yes very passionate! Particularly about transforming individuals and their organisational cultures through role modelling authentic leadership and sharp, powerful self awareness. I empower leaders to bring more humanity to their leadership, revealing their own and others intrinsic leadership skills.
I use a range of transformational tools, blending cognitive theory with various other techniques. This enables clients to transform the quality of their role and results through changing their behaviour and attitude.
I work with a range of executives and business owners,specialising in small/medium businesses and the public/education sectors. I generally work with executives and leaders who want to achieve one or more of the following:
